Welcome!

I’m Brooke, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor. The most worthwhile use of my life has been helping others heal and live happy and fulfilling lives. I believe that inside each one of us is the power to forge a new road ahead— and that empathy and support strengthen that power. Whether you are struggling with trauma, grief, a personality disorder, addiction, or a combination, I am here to help you move forward with resilience and strength into the next chapter of your story.

As our culture has become more individualistic and isolated, it is increasingly a solitary responsibility to address our pain, and the trauma that comes with it. We cannot heal in isolation— we are social animals and healing alone is not healing fully. We must be witnessed, validated, and accepted before true healing takes place.

I work from a Humanistic perspective, believing that all beings want the same things at their core; safety, connection, stability, and a sense of meaning. Along with that, I believe that we hold the answers to our happiness within us, and at times need help finding it. I tailor my treatment to each individual, carefully assessing what would most benefit you. Perhaps you want to start from the beginning; unpacking your lifetime and the events that have shaped you until today to find answers. Maybe you want to stay in the now, focusing on concerns you are confronted with in your everyday life. It’s also possible that you are at a loss for what you need, but you know its not what you are doing now. Regardless, I will do my best to help you uncover where the answer lies and explore it with you, without judgement.

Suffering is an unavoidable part of being alive, and for so many, the tools to cope and move through suffering are not provided, leaving us feeling stuck, hopeless, and inadequate in moving forward. I believe wholeheartedly in your ability to move through your suffering and get back to living in the way you are meant to, and I would love to help you find your way back to that.
